Payment of Registration Fee

Registration can be done along with abstract submission. Please arrange for bank transfer of the relevant registration fee (see below) before the respective deadline by payment to the following bank account:

After June 7, 2013, the registration fee will be 300 EUR (150 EUR) for normal (student) registration. In this case, the fee can also be paid directly in cash at the registration desk during the first day of the Conference.

Student Registration*		EUR 150.-

*For Student Registration a verification of your status as a student is required. Please fax a confirmation of enrollment to the fax number +49 (0)6221 516 549 after you have registered.

The registration fee includes conference documents, refreshments during coffee breaks and a free copy of the Proceedings. Expenses for travel, accommodation and related items are not covered by the registration fee.

To avail of earlier registration fee, payment must be received prior to June 8, 2013. Please be advised that your registration is not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full. Please note that all payments must be made in Euros.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to the conference secretariat.

Visa Information

If you need a Visa to enter Germany (click here to find a table of countries whose citizens require Visas to enter Germany), please take care to apply well in advance for it. If you require an invitation letter, please download the following pdf or word document, i.e. Invitation_letter.pdf or Invitation_letter.doc, fill in the required details and send it back to the conference secretariat (Fax: +49 6221 516 549). Please note that you have to register first before applying for a VISA invitation letter.
