Classical Choir and Organ Concert in the Old Town

Participants and their partners are cordially invited to a free classical concert on

Wed, Dec. 8, at 8pm (seating from 7:45pm)

in the Jesuitenkirche in the Old Town, organised in celebration of the 25th anniversary of TEXAS symposia. The program will feature the Bachchor Heidelberg conducted by director Christian Kabitz performing

Verbum caro factus est - Choral music for Advent and Christmas from 4 centuries by Praetorius, Sweelinck, Hammerschmidt, J.S. Bach, Reger, Lauridsen

Additionally, Markus Uhl will perform classical favourites on the Kuhn Organ (2009), the finest instrument in Heidelberg.
