Boat Tour (Wednesday, July 13th, 16:30)

The two-hour river cruise passes through the delightful Neckar Valley. You will experience the most delightful views of the city while the ship gently glides by. Follow the footsteps of Mark Twain and enjoy the varying landscape around the city of Heidelberg which offers many fascinating impressions. Experience the magic of a matchlessly beautiful river valley along the Castle Road and right through the legend-rich Odenwald (Forest of Odin).The boat leaves right opposite the congress venue.

Conference Dinner (Thursday, July 14th, 19:30-22:30)

The restaurant 'Vetter's Brauhaus' is situated in the heart of the historic city center of Heidelberg. Beside the traditional German food which is served, this restaurant is famous for it's self-brewed beer. The brewing process takes place in front of the eyes of the guests. In 1994 the Vetter's Brauhaus appeared in the Guinness Book of World Records. With their self-made beer 'Vetter 33' they held the world record for the strongest beer worldwide with an original wort of 33%.

Tickets (50.- EUR) can be booked along with financial registration and includes a typical German dish and the drinks. Please note that only 150 tickets are available for the dinner (first-come, first-served).
