calculate the autocorrelation of an image in radial coordinates

Available PostProcessors:
"310": calculate the autocorrelation of an image in radial coordinates
User definable Parameters:
Processor/%name%/{ImageName}
processor name containing the histogram whos autocorrelation should be calculated. The radius should be along the y-axis and the phi should be along the x-axis.

process the event

go through each row (radius) of input

go through each col (phi) of input

rotate the input to get the current d_phi and put result into buffer

multiply the original phi with the rotated phi and put result into buffer

sum up the contents of the buffer which gives the correlation value

put value into correlatoin value at position radius, d_phi
