How to get to Armenia

Armenia is most conveniently reached by air. Direct flights to Yerevan are offered from several European destinations, including Athens, Berlin, Istanbul, Moscow, Paris, Vienna and Warsaw.
The main international airport, Zvartnots International Airport is located 12 km from the center of Yerevan.

Please note that many flights to Yerevan arrive early in the morning.

Visa requirements

Nationals of many countries, including all EU countries, Russia, Japan and the United States, do not need visa to enter the Republic of Armenia.

Nationals of other countries may need a visa, which can either be obtained upon arrival in Armenia, or at a consular post of the Republic of Armenia in case an official invitation is required.
