About me:

I was born in Huelva (Spain) where I lived until finishing high school. I did my bachelor degree at the Universidad de Sevilla, spending one year at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. I did my master at the Institut für Kernphysik of the Münster Universität with a thesis on highly charged ions for the LIBELLE experiment of the SPECTRAP collaboration. I worked for one year at the Instituto de Astrofísica de Andalucía (Granada) where I joined the MAGIC collaboration and did my PhD at the Institut de Física d'Altes Energies (Barcelona) working for the MAGIC and CTA collaborations. My PhD thesis deals with the observation of Pulsar Wind Nebulae and Cataclysmic Variable stars with MAGIC and the development of trigger systems for IACTs. I worked for two years as a postdoc at the Max Planck Institut für Kernphysik (Heidelberg), where I was involved on the analysis of galactic sources with HESS and HAWC and the upgrade of the HAWC observatory. Since November 2017 I work in Padova with an INFN Postdoctoral Fellowship in experimental physics. I am currently involved in the analysis of gamma-ray data from MAGIC and HAWC and the preparation of CTA.
