Barrier-Free Access Information

barrier-free entrance door
Side entrance I
Barrier-free building access is given via side entrance I (Seiten-Eingang I) in the street right hand of the main entrance (Untere Neckarstraße). Please ring the door bell marked with a wheel chair pictogram (148cm above ground level). This triggers a flashing signal. Staff members will then open the door and assist with the stair lift. Stair lifts cannot be used without assistance of a staff member. A barrier-free lavatory is situated next to the side entrance. You can find more detailed information by visiting Heidelberg barrier-free (German only). Please contact the organisers if you like to have a translation. You may also want to take a virtual tour of the building or visit the building website for more information.
