Finding parameter degeneracies

In this advanced level tutorial, we illustrate several techniques for degeneracy localization. In particular, we show several examples where the straightforward approaches to locate the intrinsic, octant, and mass hierarchy degeneracies will fail. The user will then be asked to modify some given code in order to implement different methods to solve the problem. Examples for these methods will be a tracking algorithm, the use of analytical knowledge, pre-scans of a parameter sub-space, and the use of so-called ``Schwetz-priors'' (GLoBES 3.0 and higher).
