Please read the following points before you proceed to the online registration link below:
Talks and registration: Note that all talks in the parallel sessions are
planned by the corresponding parallel session conveners independently of the
registration process. Please contact them and get their confirmation first if
you want to ensure that you get a talk.
Visa applications: Participants who need an invitation letter for visum matters
should send a request to WIN2015 [at] mpi-hd.mpg.de including
their full name, the academic title, their complete
official institute address, their date of birth, and the contact data (email, phone, fax).
Inform us as early as possible. We will send invitation letters quickly, but the
visa application may take a while.
The registration fee of 370 Euros includes participation in all conference events:
coffee breaks on all conference days, buffet lunch on all full conference days,
the excursion with lunch, transfer, boat ride, the conference dinner, and a daily
free shuttle bus in the morning and evening between MPIK and the center of town
where most hotels are. There are two payment options: credit card
or bank transfer. Please select whatever is most convenient for you in the registration
process.
Accompanying persons who would like to join the excursion and/or the conference dinner
should be registered on the first day of the conference. A reduced fee covering the expenses
will be collected in cash. See the bottom of the social events page for more information on
activities for accompanying persons.
Accommodation is not part of the registration process. Please arrange it yourself – suggestions for conveniently located hotels can be found under the link 'accommodation', but you can also find many other nice hotels on the web.
