Financial Registration

Financial registration is handled through our Service Provider BESL GmbH.

Abstract Submission

Abstract submission for contributed talks and posters has been closed.

A large number of abstracts has been received and considered by the SOC. Participants have been informed about the status of their requests.

Registration Fee

* Online registration with credit card payment of the registration fee (480.- EUR) remains possible until July 8, 2016. For registrations without credit card payment after June 30, only onsite registration remains possible.

**For Student Registration a verification of your status as a student is required. Please fax a confirmation of enrollment to the fax number of BESL GmbH +49 (0)30 325 9997 13 after you have registered.

The registration fee includes conference documents, refreshments during coffee breaks and a free copy of the Proceedings. Expenses for travel, accommodation and related items are not covered by the registration fee.

For all online registrations, payment must be received prior to the event. Please be advised that your registration is not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full. Please note that all payments must be made in Euros. All fees incurred in connection with bank transfers are to be paid by those making the transfer.

Social Program

The Conference Dinner (on Thursday evening; the ticket for EUR 50.- also includes drinks) will take place at the traditional Restaurant Vetter's Brauhaus. Please find additional details here. The Conference Dinner can be booked together with the registration.

Ticktes for the Boat tour (Wednesday late afternoon, ticket for EUR 24.-) can as well be booked together with financial registration. For additional details see here.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to BESL GmbH. The following cancellation fees will occur:

• Until May 31, 2016 [CET]: cancellation is free of charge


• June 1 - June 27, 2016 [CET]: 50,00 EUR


• From June 28, 2016 [CET]: the full registration fee will be charged

A substitute may be sent instead of a registered participant. In this case, please inform BESL GmbH.

Visa Information

If you need a Visa to enter Germany (click here to find a table of countries whose citizens require Visas to enter Germany), please take care to apply well in advance for it. If you require an invitation letter, please download the following pdf or word document, i.e. Invitation_Letter.pdf or Invitation_Letter.doc, fill in the required details and send it back to the conference secretariat (Fax: +49 6221 516 852). Please note that you have to register first before applying for a VISA invitation letter.
