Annual Dust Science Meeting
Local Host: Eberhard Grün, Max-Planck-Institut für Kernphysik
THE MEETING:
In a workshop-style, we informed Co-Investigators and interested colleagues about the latest dust data from the GALILEO, ULYSSES, CASSINI and STARDUST missions and discussed analyses and interpretations of these data. Presentations of related in situ measurements (GORID, NOZOMI, etc.), astronomical observations (zodiacal light, thermal emission, etc.) and interpretations was encouraged. Of special interest was compositional analyses of interplanetary and interstellar particles by STARDUST and CASSINI, as well as joint observations of jovian dust by GALILEO and CASSINI.
